From the Apple Farm in Harrow Ontario. Starting from pure apple juice, freshly pressed from their apples, they then ferment it with yeast for 2 months. Then it is inoculated with natural "mother of vinegar" bacteria. Wonderful for cooking and for medicinal reasons. Available in 7 flavours.
